At Botanic Vault, we stand behind our supplements with a 60-day money-back guarantee if you do not see results.
You may request a refund within 60 days of receiving your order only if you are able to show that you did not experience the intended results from the product.
Eligibility for a Refund
Because we sell supplements, we do not accept general returns. Refunds are available only under our 60-day no-results money-back guarantee.
To be eligible for a refund, you must provide:
- Your order number or other proof of purchase
- Proof showing no results
- Any additional information reasonably requested by our support team to review your claim
This documentation helps us verify that the product did not deliver the intended results.
We may also request reasonable supporting information showing that the product was used as directed during the applicable period.
How to Start a Refund Request

- A description of the results you did not experience
- Any supporting documentation for your claim
If your request is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.
Items sent back to us without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.
No Returns for Other Reasons
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason other than an eligible no-results claim under this policy.
This means we do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Change of mind
- Unwanted items
- Opened or used products outside of an approved no-results claim
- Personal preference
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@shopnutrifull.com so we can review the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and review your refund request and supporting documentation, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
